For live casino games such as baccarat and roulette with real dealers, results captured by the camera system and digital calculation system are final and binding. Video recordings of sessions are retained by the live casino provider for audit and dispute resolution purposes.

Bets are settled based on official results issued by the relevant sports body or league. For matches postponed by more than 12 hours from the original scheduled time, all affected pre-match bets will be voided and stakes refunded. Live in-play bets that were active at the time of postponement will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific policy.
The minimum bet limit for sports is RM10 for most markets. Maximum limits vary by sport, league, and market type. MeritKing reserves the right to adjust bet limits for specific events or markets without prior notice.
